Policy

The IISA undertakes, to the best of its ability, to deliver all goods or services purchased online via its website, within 2 – 4 working days within South Africa and 5 – 7 working days Internationally, correctly and in compliance with any published claims or specifications regarding the composition and/or performance of such goods or services.

However, in the event that the IISA should supply goods or services incorrectly, items that are damaged or that fail to meet the published claims or specifications, the IISA undertakes to refund, in full, any moneys received from the purchaser in payment for the defective goods or services.

Cancellation Policy - If cancellation is effected prior to any delivery of goods or services, there will be no cancellation fees. This will be advised within 7 working days of such cancellation.

Transaction Currency - ZAR (South African Rand)

Terms and Conditions - There will be no delivery of any goods or services until and unless full payment has reflected in our bank account. Once a booking has been made for one of our events and we have not received timeous written cancellation, the liability for payment remains.

Privacy / Return Policy - Refunds and returns are dependent upon a delivery of an incorrect or faulty product.
